Warranty/Return Policy:

As the premier manufacturer of Powersports softgoods, Covercraft Industries, Inc. is committed to complete customer satisfaction.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call our toll-free number (800) 866-8621 to speak with a customer service associate.  Due to the unique nature and diversity of Covercraft Powersports products, purchases are subject to the following terms and conditions:

New and unused products may be returned for a full refund (less all shipping expenses and a 15% re-stocking fee) within 14 days of the original delivery date.   Upon inspection, any product determined not returnable-to-stock will be returned to the original purchaser at the purchaser’s expense.   All sales are final 14 days after the delivery date posted by the shipping carrier.

Warranty and defective returns are subject to inspection by Covercraft.  If a defect is discovered within the published warranty period, the unit will be repaired or replaced at the option of Covercraft and returned freight prepaid to the original purchaser.  If no defect is found, Covercraft will return the product to the original purchaser and any inbound/outbound shipping expenses will be billed to the purchaser.

Prior to Returning please contact Covercraft to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping.  Customer Service can be reached at (800) 866-8621.  Returns without an RA Number will be refused and shipped back to the original purchaser at purchaser's expense.  Purchaser assumes all responsibility for freight charges of items returned under warranty or for exchange/refund.  Please ensure returned items are packaged according to carrier’s instructions to prevent damage and we recommend shipping via insured carrier for your protection.   Covercraft is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

 

Warranty – To the original purchaser, Covercraft warrants its products from defects in materials and workmanship, and against the fabric becoming unserviceable within the published warranty time during normal use.  This limited warranty does not cover wear, soiling, fading, shrinkage, or stains from normal usage and care. The product must be properly secured, maintained, and utilized for the purpose for which it was intended.  Covercraft maintains the exclusive right to repair or replace the product within the published warranty period.

All Embroidered Products or Dimension Sheet Orders are NON-RETURNABLE.
